Best Vector Designing Application

If you had to choose between Coral Draw and Illustrator, which one would you choose?
Is there any major difference between the two?

Adobe Illustrator is best for vector image editor but for high resolution of image Corel Draw is best.

for vector design application lots of software those can works very well some of them below:
Inkscape-> it's uses for three os mac, windows & linux
xara xtreme-> it is not for windows user , but it is using for mac and linux
skencil-> this is only for linux
scribus-> it is for all OS

Now, topic is about the best, if you thinking it in a professional way then adobe illustrator and corel draw are using most of the places.
