Managing ads budget

Hi guys I am beginner in Google Ads so I wanna ask how can I manage my money in account. I set up campaign at 1. April 2019 and now (20.4.2019) I spent only 8% money in my account. It´s website (no e-shop). Conversions are set up for contact page and I set up all campaign to maximum cost-per-click ( I think that this is the best way how to spent money faster (please correct me if I'm wrong). CTR on all campaign is more than 15%. I have 500 € for a month. Firsty I set up daily budget for 17 € per day but as was typed I spent only 8%. So please give me advice how can i manage the money account. In these days I would like to be somewhere about 60-70% not only 8%.

It sounds like the keyword phrases you are bidding on just don't have enough traffic. Do some keyword research and add more keyword phrases to your bidding list.

If your ad is showing a lot but just not getting the clicks, start testing different ads until you increase your click rate.

But, while doing any of these... Monitor your ROI closely.

I think the keywords you have taken doesn't have much traffic coming in & possibly CPC is low as well.

Try to find some good keywords, keywords which had good search volumes & are related to your niche, hope you start getting good Traffic & ROI after doing all this.
