How to know backlink creation date of a website?

Hello SEO experts,
Is there any tool to know backlink creation date of a website?
When I was checking my competitor's backlinks I found backlinks which harm your website ranking rather than helping I think those links have been created 5 to 7 years ago that is why I want to know about recently created backlinks.

If the link is from a blog post or some something similar then just check the publication date. The publication date will be the link creation date.
