Meta tags, It's one of important elements on your websites, search engines use to inform the methods of calculating. Meta tags put into tag <head> </ head> between sections added. All of the search engines, but most of them understand not recognize the language common to all meta tag.

these three are main meta tags and you should use wisely to get maximum benefit from Google search engine.

meta tag contains information about the document. Google understands a standard set of meta tags. You can use custom meta tags to provide Google with additional information about your pages. Google can use this information to create rich snippets or enable sorting of search results.

Meta tag is very important for your site. It won't get you number one rankings on its own, but it will surely help you get there.

Thanks for such a great description about meta tag. I was looking for some article on meta tags.
