Fixed Layouts vs. Fluid Layouts, Which is better?

Hi everyone,

Nowadays, more websites are using fixed layout but more other websites are changing their layout to fluid layout to fit better on phone devices so according your opinion, Fixed Layouts vs. Fluid Layouts, Which is better? and why you choose it for your website ?

please share any ideas ?

I like Fluid Layouts because it has more space for images and text, also it make website looks smarter, I don't know why I like this it's just my feeling

It is a matter of preference, personally I prefer fixed layouts.

I like viewing fluid layout, it is better to view on mobile device or displaying images on it.

In my personal opinion, fixed layout could be used on old design models but nowadays you can use fixed or fluid layout but all of them are responsive, that isn't a matter any more.

I personally like fixed that is responsive, or mobile friendly I should say. Gives me a better idea how my sites will look on different screen sizes.
