Question is so simple just want to get in touch with provider who can provide quality social network traffic for affordable rates :)

Any suggestion guys ?
I think most providers will be dodgy in that its either fake traffic or low quality which is based on paid view/clicks e.g. Bangladesh, India being the typical locations etc... If you're looking for targeted, quality traffic then I would spend money on ads as then you can be sure that it is highly relevant traffic...

I have been doing this for 15 years now, and let me tell you stay away from any cheap / unknown traffic providers. Even the big guys are declining on quality, and they're not cheap. You would need a huge ROI to make it worth your while (depending on your product / service that may be tough). I suggest you dabble into social media like IG, fanpages, etc. And before you say "they're too difficult to build" let me stop you. I am talking about buying established properties, which you can use to promote your business. It may take a while but eventually you will find a willing seller. Just browse around Instagram / facebook / twitter and message owners with properties in your niche, ask them if they're willing to sell. Believe me that you will find willing sellers, it just may take a while. You can also try to buy them on eBay.com or established resellers such as ViralAccounts.com, BluFlip.com, FanPageCash.org, etc.... There are many more just google them. If you get a decent enough property then you're somewhat set, as this is usually a one time investment and you won't have the need to constantly buy more traffic.

Hope this helps :D

Not a problem. But keep in mind what worked for me might not necessarily work for you, all I can do is share my experience.

Even if I had the time I would decline this, mainly because:

1. Your niche is very difficult. With huge sites like Amazon / NewEgg / etc there is very little chance you can make any decent sales long term.
2. Credibility. Why would customers choose your site? That is the question you need to answer yourself. What do you offer than the other big-box stores don't. These days everyone is afraid of startups, and no one is willing to risk large sums of money on unknown sites.

If you're really planning to sell laptops my best suggestion would be to do something totally different so you stand out. For example, make custom laptops (like modded consoles.).

1. Buy a laptop.
2. Make a design (for example, Fallout 4 is out)
3. Paint it / mod it ( honestly spray paint / painters tape and accessories aren't that expensive )
4. Snap photos of it and post it on reddit / social sites

If your projects are good you will go viral, and people love to buy custom things like that. It takes time to create each product, but hand made things sell for huge sums. You don't even need a shop, you could have a dedicated eBay account for these things.

I have modded xboxes before and they sold for 2-3x the retail price. Its fun, it gets you money and people talk about you. :)

Ahhh I see, sorry I missed that.
Well in that case I don't think social media would be good for traffic, unless you find a property in that niche. My suggestion would be to create a SEO'ed out review page for each product, because there are so many websites like yours that it will be tough to rank / get traffic.

Use specific laptop model numbers, such as "Lenovo 9141/B21/212 Laptop Review" in your titles, H1 tags, backlinks and text. You will get good organic traffic this way, other than that I don't see you getting organic traffic any other way, as I don't see you out ranking Amazon / etc for the tougher keywords.

Buying traffic is a dangerous idea. The traffic is almost always untargeted or bots and provides little to no value to your business other than annihilating your analytics. Locate your audience on social media and provide value by answering their questions and genuinely helping them. By providing assistance, you will naturally generate traffic and targeted traffic at that.
