Relevant Google Ads

Hi all,

Im new to web design etc etc so my questions may seem rather apparent to those who know what they are doing......I just want to know how to create your google ads relevant to your site content. Is there a easy way to do this? For example, If I have a website about vehicles but it keeps showing ads from forex trading websites, can I modify this?
