How do You make customized Wordpress themes?

I know there are many guides on the topic, and I am studying them, but I would like some reviews on the boards on what you do.

For making your wordpress theme customize, You should have PHP programming, basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

Then if you don't want to use the theme editor built into WordPress, you should get a programming-friendly text editor.

Things are need to developed custom wordpress themes yourselves.
