What are the features does the customer like's to have in a food delivery app?

Send small packet of sweets candy with each order don't ever mention it just do it.
If uber style over many places probably not an option.

Be able to track the delivery driver on a map like Amazon provides. Also picture of the actual delivery spot the food was delivered to. Be able to quickly message the driver if they appear to be lost and can't find the address.

Reviews, photos of the food on the menu, price of it, ingredients, track delivery, the customer to have the chance to call the delivery person if something is not right, a support center if the order is lost, is not what customer ordered, something is missing,
