What country you live in is not a limitation on how well you do in the online, worldwide market. You would need to promote yourself online, no matter what country you live in and you have just as much chance to succeed as anyone.

The most important skill is to read & LEARN to understand what you are reading. There are many tips posted everywhere to help you succeed, but it's understanding & implementing them that is important. If you read about how to succeed, but you don't follow through, then you won't succeed. Simple as that.
