Possible review on atlantic.net?

Hello dear webmastersun members,
I have several websites and blogs by my own, All my websites and blogs are getting bigger so I am planning to host them in cloud or VPS server. Recently, one of my friends recommend me about atlantic.net, he said they are not as much big as Rackspace or Amazon, but they are providing satisfactory service over the past few years. I tried to find out some reviews about them but couldn't find much. So, I am asking review on atlantic.net, if you have experience with them or heard about their service then please share here.

This is the first time I've heard of them. But I can recommend intovps.com Really great service from them. They respond to tickets within 5 minutes.

There servers seem to always stay up. At least the one I have with them does.

whland, first of all, I would like to give you a thanks for your suggestion/feedback. I have checked intovps.com, I have analysed Atlantic.net Vs. Intovps.com side by side. I am going to share some points.

* According to network tools Intovps is running business from only 4 years, where atlantic.net is running business from over a decade.
* IntoVPS.com doesn't have any live chat option. So, instantly they can't provide support like atlantic.net can.
* IntoVPS.com only offers 7 days money back guarantee.
* IntoVPS seems really cheap so I doubt about 100% up time where atlantic.net is providing 100% up time feature with guarantee. I have got the prove because my friend has hosted his large website in atlantic cloud
* I have got some false information

But according to network-tools their domain is registered in 2008, so how intovps is providing service from 2004?

* Intovps doesn't get any award where atlantic.net had won "Award-Winning Cloud Hosting" and "Award-Winning Business Hosting" award. I have checked by myself

So, based on above critics I believe atlantic.net is far ahead than intovps.com
