Small businesses are finding it hard to get regular customers without spending a lot on marketing. Competition is high, so it’s not easy to stand out, especially online. On top of that, rising costs, uneven income, and staff issues are adding more pressure. Many owners are focusing on social media, local customers, and better service to bring people back again. In the end, it’s all about staying visible and building trust.
