Surfing more websites today I've seen websites using email subscriber box to get email list. I am wondering it is effective ? and can you share me ways how to increase email subscriber list?

Make a good 404 Page (That is a page visitors get when the page they requested was not found). Include your email subscription form and include the incentive you use to promote more subscribers.
It will help to make our email subscriber higher other than our competitors.

You can start doing "ad swaps" with other email list owners. It's where you send an ad out for each other and both of you get new subscribers.

I use paid solo ads directed to a squeeze page and sales funnel. This method builds my list and creates revenue.

Create a free, online tool or resource and have users sign up with their email address. For example, HubSpot has created plenty of free tools to use for prospect and lead generation -- most recently Marketing Grader.

I will suggest you to add your Newsletter subscription box above the fold in your Sidebar and also add one below every posts.
