Can anyone tell me how do I find out my site getting how much mobile traffic ?

I really need to know about mobile traffic and if my site is getting more traffic from mobile then I have to optimize for my site better on mobile

I think there is no difference between between mobile and PC traffic because website is same but medium is different.
