Anyone knows best ways to remove limit on Paypal with account is verified. ?

It depends on why your account has been limited, contact their support department to assist you remove the limitation. Usually they will ask for some documents which you will need to provide.

If you mean the sending limit, you can remove it with 2 of the following in the US: confirm your bank (instantly with some or ~3 days for others), ssn, confirm your credit card.
