The most important parts of Image SEO optimization are the image filename and the alt tag on your page. Please read this [URLnf="http://madlemmings.com/2013/07/15/image-seo-optimization-how-to-improve-your-search-rankings/"]article[/URLnf].

This is not the reason Google not indexed your images.

While the solution could be create the image sitemap & submit it to google, bing & yahoo through Webmaster Tools, it can be then indexed very soon.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

I agree with pramod, google will index your images for this type, don't worry about that.

Hi all
Thank you for comments and advices and for article.
I created sitemap for images.
In 2 days google indexed 22 images from 4500. Maybe not too much, but process is started.

Thank you!

I think you should use a title and alt tag in your html in img tag. that will work.

Generally Google doesn't crawl images and it reads the image via its defined ALT Tag. So Image sitemap submission is the best way to crawl and index the images.

SE robots never read image so it is better to add image 'alt' tag. It is definitely work.
