Is fiverr good for getting adsense

Let me clear things that I already have an adsense account but I want another for some tests. Saw someone selling one on fiverr! Is it possible to get adsense account like this? is this reliable? is yes I would be happy to pay 5 dollars to such guy +

yes its posible to get an adsense account on fiverr but you will get banned in 2-3 weeks!!!
