How to activate push notifications on IOS?

On iphone 4s I had push notifications all the time. But when I bought 5s I have nothing. I tried to activate facebook and instagram in notification section but it didn't work. Who has the same problem?

I haven't the same problem, but i think that you need to open settings- notifications and choose Facebook - open it and check pushes on or off for this application

The problem is I tried to do that and nothing worked. There facebook push is on and still nothing. Maybe I have to downoad facebook and instagram again . But thank you anyway =)
