Hi,
I'm new here and I have a question on SEO
Does website pagerank affect keyword ranking on SERPs?
Does website have higher PR, higher positions on search results they have, is it correct?

It is a small part of the algorithm.

However, Google no longer publicly releases the data. The information you see in PR checkers or the PR Toolbar is around a year and a half old.

PageRank hasn't meant anything to webmasters for probably 5-10 years.

It was really only a way people would try to sell links on their extremely low traffic, low authority site, that ended up with a pr5 and they would be like "OMG PR5 LINKS FOR SALE, $1,000,000" and in return it was really a waste of your money.

My best performing sites, in terms of SEO, only made it to PR3, while my lower performing sites got to pr6. Make sense? Nope. But I sure used that rank to get better incoming links for other sites!

Yes, Actually the more you boost the website with the help of keyword, it's will going to put effect in page rank as well. Initially the Page rank will be N/A, then after it will reach to the next level i.e 0 and it goes on.
