How to find advertisers for your website

My blog now got lots of content and getting post from time to time and I wanted to find advertisers on for it to which they can pay me monthly for the banner spots.
What should I offer to get more advertisers for my blog site, do I need to show traffic stats to them?

Content doesn't really mean much for advertisers. They could care less if you add new content daily or never add new content. What they are going to care about is targeted traffic.

As for finding them, email related sites. Pick up the phone and call them. Reach out to them on social media.

Do a Google search for 'cpa networks' choose and sign up as a publisher.

I agree with SEOPub in the quote above that the traffic your site attracts is what's important.

Why don't you join and Ad network?
You can sign on any Ad network as a publisher and you just need to show ads on your site.
