Open up your web browser. Go to Bing. Search for how to rank high on Bing or how to get high rankings on Bing or whatever information you are seeking. The pages that rank high for those search phrases are probably the best examples of how to rank high in Bing.

I have seen that bing and yahoo are still ranking those sites high which are having keywords in their domain name.

I think to rank in Bing you have to implement the same strategy which you are using to rank in Google and Other Search engines. I personally using the same techniques to rank in Bing.
