Important Factors to get High Rankings on Bing ?

Hello,

Can anyone show me important factors to do SEO on Bing ?
what should i do for my website to get top 10 rankings on Bing.com, I have some keywords on top google but when I search them on Bing, not in top 10, even is in top 30 for those keywords. so bad :rolleyes2:

Please share tips. thanks
