Is Premium Google Analytics Helpful in SEO?

I am trying to find keywords that I have good traffic from google search engine but unfortunately I could not do more and it is showing (not provided). I am not sure If I use Premium Google Analytics then it can show me which I wanted? Have anyone here tried Premium Google Analytic? Please share your thoughts.
