I used some such as Digitalocean, RAmnode but others out there (vultr, linode) have not ever tried so I need some suggestions or your advice to choose 2 best VPS providers for my sites

Budget from $20 upto $45, host PHP sites. cPanel is an advantage. So what would you recommend to support me find out 2 best VPS hosting providers? Thanks in advance!

Compare the plans offered, then reach out to the hosts your considering. Talk to them and get a sense for how friendly and helpful they are. Then look for user reviews from places that have actual customer reviews like webhostinggeeks.com

Rightly said by RDO servers. Its upto you whom you want to go with. From my end the best are those who provides the best support to the client be it pre or post sale service.

Customer reviews is very important. You can check in google what the people talk about the company. But I can guarantee one thing - it is not possible to find provider without bad reviews.

Also you can try to contact sales team by online chat or email. It will give the opinion
