multiple 301's to concentrate link juice?

I mistakenly built multiple pages for the same content, am I able to 301 all of the links to consolidate them or will this be a waste of time, do the powers combine and add up?

Yes, you should 301 all of them to one page (or at least have canonical links to the main page). It just takes a couple minutes and I would say for sure it isn't a waste of time. Yes, the pages that 301 redirect to the new page will transfer any "juice" they have to the main page they are redirected to.
