I never heard about this site before, I always go for advertising on forums and social networks where easy to get traffic and leads for my sites.

For advertising content, I would buy blog posts or submitting to article sharing sites than using a specific site.

It is pretty good but you should have a website/blog with lots of traffic to get approved by them.

It's definitely worth it. They work with majors like CNN, NBC News, ESPN, e.t.c. Outbrain content recommendations are omnipresent on the Internet currently. Outbrain is almost the same as Taboola
