Why not just go to the Payoneer and Pay Pal websites and check their rates?

I have to agree with Ron. The best place for that type of information is the source.

The percentages and rates will change on most providers based on many factors, amount of purchase, number of transactions, types of payments, etc. You should really go to the providers and download a copy of their Terms of Service. (TOS)
