Take a look around this forum and check out some great info.
Also take a look at udemy. little thing I found is that if you wishlist the courses you like you periodically get offers with massive discounts. I just picked up a local seo course that was $200 and i had it for $10. And the course is fantastic. I know a fair bit of seo but am just branching out in to local stuff. I highly recommend udemy to get ahead.

You are already on a great SEO and SEM forum and there are a lot of useful info here to read and learn. I would suggest to post your specific question on forums and get answers from other members.

In other words, you can google to find out other SEO or SEM forums, for example, "SEO forum", "Marketing forum", "SEM forum"...etc.
