How to recover analytics data?

I am very upset Today I have accidentally deleted my analytic data I do not understand anything how to recover analytics data. Can you guys help me?

To restore an account, property, or view:

1. Sign in to your Analytics account. If all your Analytics accounts have been deleted, you'll need to create a new Analytics account in order to access the Trash Can.
2. Select the Admin tab.
3. In the ACCOUNT column, click Trash Can.
4. Locate the item you wish to restore by looking through the table, or using the search field in the table.
5. Click Restore.
