Is there a process of speeding up domain transfer?

Has anyone been involved in the slow process of domain transfer?

If yes, I just wanted to know if there is any faster method of speeding the domain transfer thing?

Till date I Havent seen so but yes All I can say is that it completely depends on your registar.
For example Register.com is not that good when it comes to transfer because they try to hold it as long as possible, sometime you will even have to call them to get authorization key
