Iwriter vs Textbroker, Which one for high quality blog articles?

I want to buy some articles for my blog and I was recommended to Iwriter and Textbroker but I have not tried them yet. Did some of you here use their services. what is your reviews for Iwriter and Textbroker? who is better?

I used both these platforms but to be honest I didn't get quality articles as expected.

Also, I had to submit requests via their forms which I didn't want because I want to chat with my writers directly and telling them what I want for a good articles hence I used to use freelancer sites as freelancer.com or upwork, odesk.
