We need to create our private Blockchain based on Bitcoin. Need a trusted company who can really do that.

Similar problem my friend was trying to solve. Well he was trying to solve the security problem of smart contracts. You now, a very true problem that smart contracts face. Blockchain networks may be secured but smart contracts...leave a lot to be desired.
