Results from social media marketing - Overnight?

With social media continually growing, social media marketing becomes very popular. My question is:
Considering that I put all my time and effort on it, is it possible to see the results overnight?
You can consider also that I have thousands of audience, a completed strategy, and also willing to paid ads.
