do they require a minimum amount before paying out? Or some sort of pay period?

Clicksure has a minimum payout level of $250.00 Have you made that much in commissions yet?

You have to read their new policy. Clicksure might have amendments with minimum payout. If you have met $250 and still you are not paid, you have to check it with them.
