How can I manage my content on youtube channel to get a lot of viewers?

I'm having difficulties gaining viewers for the past few weeks. How can I manage my content?

Hi! May I ask what your content is all about? It really is difficult to get and gain viewers especially if we're just starting. How long have you been creating content? You should try advertising your youtube channel and videos in every social networking sites you have. Share it with your friends and followers. Try to find groups related to your youtube channel too then post and share your videos there.

Try to advertise your channel on Facebook. The more you get likes, the more you get viewers. So far that is what I see in some bloggers. They create a Facebook group and sometimes they appeal to the group to like or comment to their video so they can get more ads.
