Joomla 3.0

So last October Joomla released Joomla 3.0 Beta and since then has been released but are users changing over. With the release of 3.0 they improved the administrator panel as well as the default theme which is now responsive. Many users ask should we changed over to 3.0 they recommend only developers do because your 2.5 plugins and themes won't work with 3.0 they recommend staying on 2.5 till the developers have a chance to update the plugins. I at one point was testing Joomla and with 3.0 it's a little easier they really have outdone themselves with the ACP.
