What are your SEO Experiments in 2018?

Hello SEO community. I would like to know what are some of the experiment you test out in 2018 no matter if it's successful or unsuccessful. I have tested out 320 character meta description, LSI Keyword Optimization, Table Of Content, FAQ Optimization.

Been doing a lot of title and meta tweaking lately. Very successful in some cases. In others however, the title change resulted in the loss of prior rankings. So I suppose one needs to be careful and weigh the pros and cons of potentially garnering more traffic vs losing existing traffic on any given page one decides to tweak!

In 2018 for SEO, content is king and it gives them more value among the other SEO impacts.
This also helps to drive more traffic to your website and blogs.

I think so, content is becoming important than link but anyway you need to combine both to make SEO work for your sites.

I'm doing the exact opposite. I've chased the Google carrot for a long time. I managed to get one of my sites in 2007 to PR6 when Page Rank meant something, I witnessed the madness when Social Media starting rolling out. It was total madness, have been rolling with the punches on updates like Panda and Hummingbird. I'm regressing....I'm just looking at the one clear thing Google advises....make content people want. I'm going that route because I don't think Google's AI is getting dumber....I give up Google, you win!

Build Killer content and Be strategic to Promote that content in social media and other platforms to build Quality backlinks. To Get good ranking, focus on relevant blog posts. Narrow your niche and Focus on one thing.

Personally, my favorite aspect of the experiments relates to the conversations in each of the threads. SEOs with differing experiences are given a forum to share what they’ve seen, their thoughts on why something is happening, and ultimately, we all get to grow, becoming better digital marketers together!
