Scams on pay per click advertising?

What is legit and what pay per clicks are scams? I have tried a few and I have wasted more money because it was a scam each time. What sites are legit for this sort of thing. Trying to expand my business. I heard Facebook has that sort of thing but alot of their business stuff is expensive.

Have you tried Adfly they also do the pay per click service but haven't tried it though. Hope they are not scams too. Good luck!

Adfly looks legit. I haven't had a problem with them so far

Ads? No way Im gonna start using these.....
99,99% of them are SCAMS/SPAMS
