Just a suggestion.

I went to look at the domain name that you have for sale. Of course, I was rerouted top a 404 page.

As a suggestion, until that site domain name is sold, you may want to reroute the traffic to you new blog. It is a good way to pick up additional traffic on the new domain while you are waiting to sell that domain name. Adding redirects can normally be handled in the cPanel of the web hosting company.

Just a thought.
