There are many online tools, Those helps to know about the backlinks, for example, Ahrefs backlink checker, mozbar & semrush.

So you can use them to know about the backlinks but which one link is good and which one isn't good that you can also check.

Find the link source of your site and check the quality of site from where you getting the link. If the website is deindexed or have poor visibility that means, that particulur website is giving you poor backlinks.
