Followers verification bot - whitehat topic

Hi

Does someone here know of a bot/script that can check if people from a list/spreadsheet are following X (my/your/arbitrary) social media account?
I need it for Twitter, Telegram, FB and instagram.

I have a list of like 20 000 people that applied for a giveaway and now i need to verify that they followed me.
I'm making a script for it, but if someone knows of a pre-existing one :beg:

I made the script in matlab (yes, you read it right XD) and it works for up to 65000 entries.

However now i have a problem with obtaining the lists of our social media followers.
Twitter was easy.
Instagram wasn't a big problem.
Telegram limited us to scraping the latest 2000 followers.
FB completely prevents getting the list.


Now there is a money making opportunity here for the programmers. I saw there are paid services for this but charge $40+. If someone can make it for say $5 i think many marketers would love it.
