If your website backlink exists in a duplicate content What action will be taken by Google against your website?

In this case, Google may perceive that the backlink that exists in duplicate content may be shown with intent to manipulate the rankings and users. It may also make appropriate adjustments in the indexing and ranking of the sites involved. As an outcome, the ranking of the sites may suffer or that site might get completely removed from Google index, and will no longer appear in search results.
