For free software go for GIMP.

GIMP. It's free, has tons of support and tutorials, runs on both Linux and Windows, and gets the job done. I've been using it for years, even though I have copies of many other packages.

Photoshop is a little all-purpose.
Fireworks is a great tool for web designers ....
Illustrator for vector graphics
flash animations web

also obvious gimp.!

you can create postcards or flyers or business cards

Hi all,In my opinion Photoshop is the best, after that CorelDraw and AI.Because Photoshop has everythings you need.Personally I have got just PS in my computer.
