Branding is everyone the means by which you set a graphic of your business on your visitors' eyes. Marketing identifies tasks that the provider undertakes to foster the selling of a service or product. Marketing comprises advertisements, marketing, and bringing merchandise to customers or other companies

Marketing is very vital to brands. So your brand needs marketing to excel and grow to a vast amount of people. These two are not the same in any way and marketing should come first before branding.

Branding contains who your organization is and why it exists. It gives your organization a genuine personality, related with thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Marketing engages that character by sharing a brand's main goal and qualities in an important manner that supports deals.

Branding is what people know/think or understand about you. What is their perception of your company overall? On the other hand, marketing is YOU letting other people know more about your products, company, and more. Marketing involves the company more. I am curious as to why branding or marketing should come "first". Shouldn't branding and marketing be done simultaneously? I don't know how one can succeed without the other.

Marketing your brand is essential as how else will anyone find you. Branding is essential if you have no generic name to promote your business. A brand is only as good as its marketing. If you want a true advantage buy the generic description even if you have the brand. Eg if selling ladies shoes ladiesshoes will fair better than jensfashion or Jensshoes. Many large companies hold many generic type ins to assist with their branding.

Brading is basically how you shape your brand using different practices, while marketing is how you promote your brand and reach the maximum audience by using different techniques, strategies, and marketing automation tools.

I think that marketing comes first (to promote your business) and only after that the branding comes (the realization/creation of the whole brand). Though it can be vice-versa))
