I'm confronting a issue to get immediate traffic on my organization site. I was stressing over it and somebody let me know that "you should join Webmastersun and get your idea and tips from there." I have gone along with it and if it's not too much trouble, please give me tips how to drive direct traffic on my organization site.

The better question would be how to get RELEVANT traffic to your site. Since we don't know your niche then all we can give all general answers not specific to your site, such as...

Use Pinterest & Facebook for good buyer traffic from social media
Bing Ads has good buyer traffic for affiliate sites
Google for Info seekers
Twitter is affiliate friendly
Etc...

There's more, but it would be better to know the KIND of traffic you need first.
