What is the best pay per just click affiliate program?

Basically i do not own a website or blog etc. What i am looking for is a pay per click affiliate programthat uses links. e.g. i copy and paste to someone on a talk room? and when they just click it i get the 1-10 cents per click.

If you could paste the link to a website that does this and 'briefly' describe how they work that would be great

That named spam. no one ppc not allow direct spam of their domain name, because domain will be suspended for ban.
