How can I restore access to encrypted folders and files? We have a PC in our office on which folders and files are encrypted by Bitlocker. But nobody remembers the encryption key and where this file is stored.

Thanks for the tips, I used them and there are already some results. Now I am also testing EFS Recovery. I think I will be able to get most of the files back.
