Make your services popular by advertising and be unique while offering your services.Offer some add ons on your seo services like discounts on special occasions,some freebie etc.Call website owners if they need seo services.E-mail them,Message them that you have services.List your services on classified sites,yellow pages,local business listing pages..It's a way that you can and I get customers.If you offer services to potential customers at the right time means when they need,its your profit.
