The aim of Panda are noble: to remove poor quality sites from the top page of Google results. Or as Matt Cutts, Google's spam expert, was published in a blog introduction Panda: "This update is designed to reduce the rate of low quality sites - sites with low values , copy content from other websites or pages do not have any useful. According to my point of view, when the Google Panda comes ,, then there was no major effects on sites. but when the Google penguin comes in April 2012 after that so many sites have lost their rank and the main purpose of this was to close cheap work like... duplicate content, bad links on sites. None theme links, etc. so i just want to say that Google penguin penalize more effectively than Google Panda..
