Bulletproof web site hosting?

Does anyone know of a good place to get web host of sites that will not mind that the websites will be used to send mass e-mails from a different server.

I need host server that I can installation like 150 websites, ideally on different IP addresses, that I can installation text SPF records in the dns and also reply and bounce email accounts on each domain name.

No e-mails are sent out of the server using the web host, e-mails are sent from a separate server.

Any help would be appreciated.
